QNTM redesigned and rebuilt the Inspire Lancaster platform to improve usability, accessibility, and overall engagement. The updated WordPress experience introduced a cleaner UI/UX that made it simple for employers to register, post opportunities, and manage listings, while giving students an intuitive way to build profiles, explore pathways, and connect with real-world experiences.

The platform was developed with a mobile-responsive structure and full ADA/WCAG compliance to ensure accessibility across all users. A cohesive visual identity and streamlined navigation improved clarity and reduced friction, creating a more inclusive experience for students, educators, and employers alike.

A dynamic events module enables administrators and community partners to share internships, apprenticeships, job shadowing, and mentoring opportunities across the county. Enhanced functionality supports easier discovery and ongoing engagement between schools and industry partners.
Smarter Tools for a Growing Network
In its 2025 release, QNTM expanded Inspire Lancaster with interactive dashboards for students and employers, improved communication tools, and enhanced reporting to better track engagement and success. These updates strengthened the platform’s ability to support meaningful connections at scale.
